The motor end cover is basically composed of the following seven components:
1. Rivet: fixed brush holder;
2. Brush holder assembly: flows external current into the rotor;
3. Damping strip: reduces brush arm bounce;
4. Carbon crystal: Apply external current to the rotating rotor through a carbon brush;
5. Bearing: rotor rotation support;
6. Stop plate: isolates the contact between the rotating shaft and the metal plate, increasing service life;
7. End cover: a container for placing the above components.
